Absolute garbage establishment. 30min average wait time. We pull up to the window and the girl at the window has got a bucket of... cleaner sitting directly next to open drinks. We asked for our money back and they said that no one knows how to do it. Themanager never once came to the window and relied on the cashier to conduct the entire conversation. This Sonic use to be really good, but has went down hill quite a bit. Today, I simply ordered two popcorn nugget kids meals for... my little ones and was given this. It was only breading with not the slightest ounce of ACTUAL chicken. My two year old wouldn?teven eat it and he absolutely loves Sonic popcorn chicken. I think they were a little short staffed when we visited during lunch. We sat in one of the drive up spots and waited. After a... minute or so we got in the drive-thru lane and were helped in the reasonable amount of time. Friendly service and the food wasgood. Calera Sonic is a little slow but food is always fresh and tasty, service is hit or miss , afternoon drive thru is rude and slow
