Hostess was very indifferent, almost to the point of being rude. Server came to our 5 table times. Take our order, bring... beverages and rolls, bring entrees by and then check, then pick up payment. No offer of beverage refills. Had to wait untilentree was delivered to ask for more rolls. About 8 tables occupied in the whole dining room. And steak was tough and greenbeans had a funny taste. They have definitely made improvements on service in the past 2 months. Food has improved - I think they have real cooks again... instead of managers trying to do something they shouldn't. New managers training. Service was prompt. Servers respectful,friendly and with a fun personality. None of them last few visits have been snippy or made us to feel we are botheringthem. Never expected that logans to be this down honestly I am really disappointed the fries were really old and dry and you can feel... that they are frying in old oil and the wings were really overcooked hard as a rock and the bbq sauce tasted like a AI sauce Icalled filled a complain and the manager make me wait 20 min on the phone and when i called back they hanged up and after 3times calling them they took my info and they said we gonna see if we are able to refund you in couple days like that?s not howyou treat a customer NEVER GOING BACK THERE Read more
They ran out of buns so my burger came on Texas toast. The far left is the soggy piece of bread.The salad was great but ask me... why I got a salad? Ran out of fries. When we arrived I asked if it was possible to clean the bar so we could sit and order adrink. The lady asked if she could only clear off 5 seats, the number in our party! We asked for a booth but were told by the hostess that she could not seat us there because she did not have a server covering... it. We were going to leave. But waiter Andrew G. spoke up and said to sit wherever we wanted "I got you". Now that's customerservice at it's finest!
