I get that everyone is having issues at the moment staffing, but you have set hours for a reason. You are open til 8pm on... Thursdays, I stopped at 7:15 to grab a quick dinner, to find the store completely locked up. Both of your employees look likethey are ready to walk out the door already. Order online...show up 20 minutes later to pick up. Not ready! Worker said sorry...ran out of white French bread. One too many... issues with this Jimmy John's! They never call me back about running out of French bread. Got my refund. Never coming back tothis Jimmy John's again! Read more

Were out of turkey and that's all I eat for meat. On top of that every time I order my sub is supposed to come with cucumber... slices and they always forget to put them on. They are fast but I'd rather just have my order be right, for once. Read more

is there anything lower then 1 star? Horrible service...Ordered a sub like we do every week and once again it was made wrong.... The MGR Shawn refused to replace the sub and make it right for us..We order multiple times a week from this location and wont beback...We ordered 3 subs today and two were made wrong.. Read more

The manager at this location has extremely poor customer service skills. I will never eat at this location and I will share with... my family and friends to avoid this location because of the poor customer service skills that the manager displayed. Eugeneunfortunately lost business for his location when he couldn?t make it right for me as a customer when online Apple Pay failed. Iunderstand circumstances happen but he wasn?t willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Somehow it was on me to fix thesituation that Jimmy Johns created. In all of my customer service experience which amounts to over 10 years, this is in my top 5worst experiences. To be treated this way by a manager is appalling. Here, take this generic Jimmy Johns number and solve thisyourself. Instead, he could?ve taken the initiative himself and helped me get my refund with my online order that never producedan online order number. Truly sad that he wasn?t willing to help. I think Eugene needs to revisit some type of training thatassists with customer services skills and how to help people with online order issues. Maybe the company should offer that.Yikes. Read more

I work very close by and order here often. They ALWAYS mess something up. I have not one time gotten a correct order! Today,... knowing what I stated, called them after placing my order to tell that that I asked for EXTRA jimmy peppers and that I wantedmore than 2-3 that usually come on it even when asking for the maximum added per the online ordering form. The guy askedsomeone while I was on the phone if he was making my sandwich and that person confirmed that he would add EXTRA peppers. Iordered super early because I had another obligation during my lunch and I wanted it ready when I was ready. An hour afterdelivery I opened my sandwich to find ZERO jimmy peppers! Why? It?s on the receipt stapled to my bag, I called, what else doyou have to do to get what you order? So angry. They better give me a refund. I asked for them to run it over then and hehesitated on the phone. I work across the street! How hard is this? Read more
