It?s November 5th and it was 2:33 and when I went through the drive through a young girl working drive through and was about to... give me the two peach quenchers I ordered and at first she hand her whole hand on top of my cup then passed the machine and thenhad put her whole arm resting on top of both quenchers at this time. I politely asked her Can she switch the tops and she tookthem back and walked around and brought me back the same cups,, I know this because the seals were broken. I don?t respect thelow thinking people have when it comes to peoples health. It?s disgusting. You work with money and food I don?t need your handson my stuff that goes in my mouth after you touch money and clean your stations. I?ve worked in the food industry for a whileand never would put my hand near something that goes into or around peoples mouths! Read more
Erin Fall Fair. Lots to take in. Watched Jersey cow show and Horse Pull. Lots of variety of food vendors. If visiting definitely... need to visit the Cafe located in the agriculture building for their famous apple dumpling. Absolutely delicious and worth thedrive just for a taste of fall!! We were going to sit inside BUT all the chairs are ripped and disgusting. Store is not clean. So we took our drinks outside... garbage right beside the bench was FULL it was super noisy with traffic. Head office should come and take a look and make themclean up! This location is not that old BUT it looks super old and totally neglected. This is my second time coming here and I was very disappointed. A staff named Sharon was serving me and charged me twice for a... meal. That's still okay everyone makes mistake but she was arguing with me and got frustrated when I tried to explain I onlyordered 1 meal not 2. She kept arguing saying that's how the system works. She acted as if I am stupid and got her coworker toexplain to me. The coworker was repeating the same thing. The staff really need to LISTEN to customers not assume their orders!!Why would I paying for 2 meals when I only wanted 1. This is so ridiculous! Read more
The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. We waited in line with about 8 other people for over 15 minutes and nobody even... acknowledged the customers in line. The drive thru seemed to be being served but not the people in line. My group of 3 peopleand 3 other people got extremely sick of waiting and left. The staff couldn't have cared less it seemed when I voiced ourfrustration. I'd be very hard pressed to go back. I'm sure the owner would be happy to know this is how the business is beingrun while he/she is not present. Very disappointed and the staff should be ashamed of themselves. Being super allergic to Pork, I advised super friendly cashier to make my bagel ???? by changing gloves and placing a paper to... eliminate the contagious pig bacteria and virus. Like I said, Adam did exactly and it was even super quick.
