Whataburger usually requires more time in a drive thru than I prefer to spend but it is made to order so that is expected I... suppose. This specific visit the staff was friendly and helpful. When I customer left drive thru after ordering it caused a snagin the process so I was charged for his order but I pointed it out and manager made it right quickly and efficiently and thedrive thru employee gave me the customer's soda that cut out queue as a courtesy and another employee came to the window just tolet me know that the extra minutes spent waiting on order was because he was waiting for the fries to finish frying so we couldhave fresh ones. Food was prepared correctly and was as good as it ever is. A well ran restaurant with a competent staff thatwent above and beyond during this visit . Read more
My burger was cooked perfect and like I wanted it fries were hot right out of the fryer. Great job to this team for following... the procedure. I drove from Bryan at 4am because I wanted a whataburger. The one closest needs some training and I didn?t wantto deal with all that so I rode to Caldwell. I?m glad I made the short drive there. I?ll be doing it again as long as that isconsistent. The young lady in the drive through was a delightful surprise. She was pleasant. Greeted me with a smile and wasaccommodating. Great job putting the right person in the right position. I?d train her if I were you and promote her. What Inoticed more than anything about the whole experience is the young lady at the drive through smiled at me when she greeted meand again twice when she handed me a drink and then the food. All three times she was smiling. 1 smile can brighten a personsday. It?s really hard to tell what impacts most people?s lives but no matter how a person is feeling they will usually feelbetter if someone smiles at them so remember that Thank you for the strangely rare service. Drive through order. Very fast delivery. I should have suspected something was wrong. Order one #1 meal with bbg sauce, lg fry... lg drink. Ordered #1 just burger, light mustard. ... Update drinks are fixed. 5 stars now Never experienced 4 drinks one after the other not right. All the drinks taste like they... are low on syrup and high on carbonation. I mostly come to whataburger for the good Dr Pepper. This is such a nice place andfood was good but plz fix this and it will be 5 stars (eat in machines ) doesn?t anyone drink soda and notice these don?t tasteright ?
