I ordered French dip and mozzarella sticks because Lori's was closed ????. When I pulled up to the window the manager (who was... clearly stressed) was yelling at the sweet young woman working drive-thru. I got something green (?ocra? ????) that had beenfried instead of mozzarella sticks. The manager needs more help as she was bagging. The sandwich was short on the normal meatratio. The bun was super fresh, though!! Hopefully they will make it right when I go back through tomorrow. Srsly, I didn'teven know they had green things at Arby's... ???? I bought a brisket sandwich that had no fried onions and half the meat it should have had. It also looked leftover from the... night before. Nasty! So I took it back. I had paid full price which is sad because they knew they were out of fried onions hethen told me. after neglecting to tell me. Guess they forgot to tell me about half the meat. Have eaten here several times when passing through the area. Food and service were always good, until yesterday. The young lady... that took my order acted like she didn't care wheather she did anything or not. She placed one sandwich in the bag then walkedoff. I sood thete almost 10 minutes before a young man came from the back and ask were she was. I told him she had just walkedoff. He completed the order but when I got to the table it was incorrect. I returned to the counter wherr she continued to waiton other customers and ignored me until another customer spoke up. She finally came over and replaced one sandwich but theother was still wrong. After telling her again she replaced the other one. Back at the table again, one sandwich was stillwrong. Double roast beef didn't have enough roast beef on it for a classic. Disgusted I went ahead and ate it. The place was notthat busy, there is no excuse for this only that some people apparently want a pay check but don't cate about doing the work. Read more

We went with our High School VB team to eat after a game. We had a hankering for Arby's after our last away game and couldn't... find any with the dining room open. This one did. Awesome - or so we thought. We walked in - and I was the first of about 25people coming in - and I could see the dirty looks going back and forth amongst the workers (you know we can see you, Ithought). That wasn't just two workers, that was about 4-5. We hadn't even ordered yet and they made an announcement that theywere out of roast beef. Yes, you heard that correctly. Arby's.... Out of roast beef. Well we stick it out and everyone FINALLYgot the different orders in which seemed to take quite a while since they left only one register open and never opened a secondregister. Now our whole group ordered and there were people at the end of the line that didn't get the memo. They ordered roastbeef.... And *magically* it was in stock again. Like REALLY? I mean come on. I would not have thought anything about it ( afluke, right?) except last year for basketball we had come to this same Arby's (not I but some of the same people) and the exactthing happened to them. So apparently the management at this restaurant finds it fun to throw the "out of roast beef" commentout there when groups come. Rather dispicable in my opinion. I find the manners and actions of this restaurant to be veryunprofessional and childish to be honest. Not a good representation of the Arby's chain for sure. I Ordered 2 chicken biscuits but they gave tender biscuits.must check ur order before you leave specially truck drivers.

Arrived at 2:20Am, so keep that in mind for the review regarding the typical amount of other orders going on. Stood alone in... front of the counter until a pilot employee came back to inform them I was standing there waiting to order. Service -1 star. Iwas met promptly by an employee, wearing a mask, doing everything ?correctly? ordered, and up until removing my food from thefryer and bagging the sandwiches into plastic wrapper the employee wore gloves, why she took them off before packaging my foodI?ll never understand. -4 starts for contamination my food to receive a bad review. I was at this location on 3/31/2018 and my half pound roast beef sandwich consisted of pink, brown and green meat! Absolutely... disgusting and has ruined me from Arby?s the rest of my life!
