I'm a Dunkin fan. I've visited this specific one several times already. Friendly and courteous staff. Buuut... 1. Need to add... more flavor to iced/frozen drinks; especially when the customer requests and pays for extra flavor. 2. Second time in two weeks that I was overcharged. Ordered only one item: an extra large coffee, and was charged for a donut as... well. The first time I chalked it up to a mistake, but when it happened a second time only 2 weeks later, I have a hard timebelieving this is accidental. Both times when I brought it to their attention after swiping my card and seeing the extra $1.50charge, cashier was rude and unapologetic and made it seem like I was at fault for holding up the line. Rather than give me backthe difference, she said I’ll give you a donut next time. I said no thank you, I don’t want a donut, I’d like the amount Iwas overcharged to be returned. She seemed irritated and annoyed. As convenient as this location is for me, as a matter ofprinciple I will not be returning. Customers beware. Read more
Bit slow service and too much mill in my iced coffee. I was in a hurry or I would have gone back in.
This location by far is the WORST!!! Rude, uneducated staff, bad attitude, no customer service skills. That's a reflection of... the Store Manager, who seems to have every other day off. Staff can barely speak English. Drive another mile down Bloomfield Aveto a far better location. Read more

We waited 8 minutes in an empty store to get a dozen donuts. Two people working, one sweeping the floor other doing who knows... what. Had my phone visible to the employee on the rewards program app for her to scan. She completely ignored it and once wesaid can you scan this, she was very angry and expressed that the order was already complete in a very annoyed way. Once we wentto choose the donuts, she said to us “What you want”. Did not revive any points for our purchase and will not be returning. Read more
