Word to management/restaurant staff: if you're going to close early (7/3), make sure you shut off your delivery services. Or at... least honor the order that comes through or contact your customer before you close. Ordered food at 650pm on July 3rd. GoogleMaps stated business was open and closed at 8. Grubhub will not notify if the food is out for delivery if the restaurant usestheir own drivers. Estimated delivery was 735-745. Naturally I always tend to give the restaurant a grace period. So I calledclose to 8 twice, no one picked up. Food never delivered. Grubhub was able to cancel my order, BUT IMAGINE TRYING TO NOW ORDERFOOD AT 830 THE NIGHT BEFORE JULY 4! Extemely disappointed. Dinner was a major disappointment unfortunately. I?ve never seen chicken parm dinner served with chunks of chicken instead of a... whole cutlet. The marinara sauce had literally no flavor. It actually just tasted like tomato water. It was very sad. Thesandwich ordered was okay. Read more
