I didn?t even want to give one star but I had to give something to post this review. The orders are never correct. I order the... other day and they didn?t even give me half the food I had ordered. Then I just ordered breakfast and I ordered a sausage eggMcMuffin with cheese, and I got it with ham instead of sausage, on all of the 4 I ordered. I highly suggest skipping that fast food establishment. I was there they messed up my order to begin with I could not eat my... sausage biscuit because I had cheese on it I asked with no cheese so I went back a couple hours later for a sausage biscuit morethan happy to pay for it and they said that they could not cook it so I don't know what kind of operation that they're runningbut it is by far one of the worst so I went across the street to Jack In The Box and Angel took very good care of me. I do like this location have had better experience than the one on Cleveland. I?m salty cause I was served cold fries no way... were these even under a heat lamp! They seemed like the Temperature you find under your passenger seat when Vaccuming out yourcar. It was that bad! Two times in the last 10 days, I have ordered each time to large hot caramel lattes, xtra milk, cream & extra caramel? And as I... have driven back in traffic & down the road and gone to taste them they?re simply a caramel latte. Undrinkable. just ordered a happy meal and a quarter pounder meal with a coke for my daughter and I. The happy meal had only 5 fries... the... coke was a root beer... and there was only 1 napkin to share between the two of us. I stopped in to change drivers on a long road trip. I ordered a fountain drink. I then waited for just short of 15 minutes for... that beverage. I don't know if there are any adults working here or if it's just teenagers but throughput is incredibly slow.It's not busy... Just seems lazy. Read more
I never ordered from here again I ordered through doordash twice and I got food poisoning I can't believe that in those two... weeks of not ordering I still got food poisoning and the fact that I went to the ER to get look at.
