Very polite and professional. For young kids they acted very mature. They were in good moods with some giggling and laughing,... while still doing their jobs, that lightened the mood in the Restaurant and made it comfortable for my Grandkids. Placed our order quickly. Food was delicious. Tried the new French onion burger. Great flavor as all of the food is.

I'd really say it was maybe 3.75 stars. There are two sets of doors to get inside so not exactly wheel chair friendly, good... handicap parking and a decent sized parking lot. Everything was very clean inside, tables and benches were wiped down, counterswere clean. A+ for that. Food: I ordered the French onion steak burger that was advertised as a special. As you can see from mypicture, it looks nothing like the image they show (and not because of added sauce.. sheer size). I did have lettuce and tomatoadded to mine but that should have made it look even bigger. The price wasn't much extra than a regular steak burger but I feelI would have gotten a better value by simply ordering a burger and adding things. The bacon they spared was shaved so thin theycould have just kept it and the fried onions were pretty nonexistent as well. The grilled onions were great. Cheese sauce isn'tvery good, chili was good, bbq sauce is great, and they have 2 fry sauces. We were asked if we wanted a large order of fries andwe went with the regular size. That's a LOT of fries. My picture is our single order of fries AFTER two people enjoyedthem. Soda options are Pepsi products and tea. Service: very polite and patient counter person and great guy in the kitchen. Weasked for a few mods (lettuce, tomato, no pickle, ketchup only, etc) and everything was exactly as requested and incrediblyfast. I'd eat there again but I don't think I'd go out of my way to do so. Was a bit surprised, the burger patties are so thin. I think McDonald's put more meat in their burgers. It was good but the... value for your money isn't there. Sorry Freddie's you just cost to much for me. Read more

I live in Middleton and went into Caldwell to pick up some food. I have never been treated so poorly by a staff member in my... life. From the drive thru window I was greeted with attitude by telling me they ran out of some food items. I proceeded to orderand when I went to pick up the food at the window the girl just handed me the food and closed the window right away and I wavedto get her attention to ask for fry sauce and she rolled her eyes and went to get some, then again after she gave me the frysauce she closed the window and I once again had to wave my hand so she could open the window and I asked her that I did notreceived my lemonade in which she looked at what I?m guessing is the screen and said I ordered a Pepsi. I told her I did not, Ihad asked for a lemonade and she said again, you ordered a Pepsi. I told her no I did not, and I still have not received mydrink. She got me the drink at last with the worst possible attitude I?ve ever seen and slammed her window AGAIN.
