This Starbucks is extremely disappointing. There is no reason going through the Drive Thru should take 45 minutes. I?ve been in... other Starbucks lines as long as 15 cars in front of me and it has taken 10 minutes max. Unfortunately, the way they make theirdrinks is not consistent and most of the time a little more than half way full. For being a new starbucks, it?s not as clean asit should be inside. The staff is extremely rude and lazy and they never apologize for the long wait in the drive thru orinside. Most of the time when I come in the morning they are just walking around confused. Someone who knows how to run astarbucks needs to come out and train them to be productive. Very disappointed in the management. Update: this Starbucks wasdoing better for a couple months but now are back to their old ways of allowing their customers to sit in the drive thru for 45minutes. This is truly unreal. The employees here don?t care about their customers and have attitude most of the time. Read more
The store is usually pretty busy but the atmosphere is always true to what you can expect at Starbucks. This particular store is... clean and the same can be said for their restrooms. The partners are always greeting and have friendly attitudes with theexception of one or two. I would gladly feel comfortable being here all day. One less star for the discontent that sometimesoccurs behind the scenes, and the occasional incorrect order, or too little given for what?s expected. Read more
