The restaurant was extremely hot inside. Their AC was set at 77 but the temperature inside was 89 degrees as illustrated in the... attached picture. We inquired with the owner and requested that the AC temperature be turned down but he said it was working on3 systems and that they couldn?t accommodate. Just called to place an order as I always order from here especially on Collard and Mac and cheese Thursday and was greeted by a... lady on the phone who could not hear me and was very rude. When she could hear me she completely talked over me while I wasplacing my order asking about other items that came with the veggie plate. I?ve recently moved to this area and have alwaysreceived great customer service from Stephanie but today has me taken back and I am not sure if I will continue to order fromhere anymore. Customer service should always be the utmost best! I understand that help is hard to find and times are verydifficult at this time but to treat continuous customers as such is not acceptable. When I arrived a few minutes later I askedanother lady at the to go window to repeat my order to ensure my items were correct and I again received lack of respect as if Iwas being difficult and items could not be repeated back to me. It was a simple task to make sure everything was right. I didn?tasked to be treated as if I was an inconvenience. I really hope this review helps!
