What a gem. Happened across this deli while visiting the catskills for a wedding celebration, and was beyond delighted with the... quality of food and service we received! Had the fish fillet sandwich, patty melt special, and a wrap which were all delicious -and discovered the owner was from the city! I have been visiting cozy cup since I moved to Cairo. From the first time I stepped into the establishment I felt ?at home?. I?m... always welcomed with infectious warm smiles and asked how I?ve been. This is only just the beginning ! The food is amazing andthe prices are great ! The staff is one of a kind . Always masked, always washing their hands and changing their gloves. Thingslike that, especially today, will keep me coming back ! The homemade soups are hearty and always served hot and the new chickenfinger baskets are delicious! 10/10 would recommend ! Love this small town charm. Service is great and food along with it. Love the turkey sandwhich. Edit** I had to edit my review... after witnessing the most disgusting thing here. The chef was using the same spoon he was mixing the soup with to taste it thenplaced it back into the soup to mix it again. I understand this is a small place but that is unhygienic, you should not be doingthis in any sort of establishment where food is involved. I can only imagine what he can possibly be doing when making food inthe back. I will not be visiting here again. Read more
Small town ambiance.Had a bacon and egg sandwich and chatted with the owner who is very pleasant. I will go back.
