He provided the best customer service I have experienced in last 5 years. For this reason, I will make it a point to visit thislocation. I've always been the worst luck at Rally's. The drive-through took a while, but the food was amazing.

This review is for the S. Illinois St. location in Belleville. I asked that my food be made fresh upon ordering, but instead... they re-dropped the fries and burnt them and also served me cold burgers. I?ve already left a review under two rallys websitesthis is my 3rd ? And I?m going to continue to go down the line and leave bad reviews until I receive my call back from corporateand my refund that I requested two weeks ago. Very poor customer service, very poor so called management. Very poor cookingskills. I shoulda known it be a negative experience just from the looks of the building. But that?s my fault. Placed an order sat in drive thru for 30 minutes or more and nobody moved ahead so we drove off as soon as we could. Terrible... just terrible to make someone wait that long at what they call a fast food place with only 1 car in front of you. Read more
Horrible! Ask for no lettuce! This a spicy chicken sandwich which they sell for 99¢ so I got the two for $4 spicy chicken... sandwiches?! Comes with cheese, lettuce,& tomatoes! I made a mobile order pull up in the mobile order line speaker tell them my name go to pull forward and there's some guy pulled... in to the window going the opposite direction that you're supposed to I start to pull forward like I'm told to do and the guystarts hanging out the window telling me to back out so with having my granddaughter I back out go around they're waving me tocome to the window out front now I have a kid in the car I have to shut off my car and go to the window to get my food and Iasked him what is going on why are they trying to go backwards and I was told I shouldn't have listened to them and allowed themto dictate which way I went but when you're getting hollered at to go the other way by someone else I did well my opinion is whydidn't they tell this man when he pulled up to the window in the wrong direction to turn around and go out and come through likehe's supposed to very very disappointed in this location Read more
