-5 stars honestly first when we started to order he constantly was rushing the order to the point where he could no longer... comprehend what we were ordering. We decided to just go into the place to order but the doors were locked. We proceeded to tryand order again and he finally understood what we wanted, upon pulling up to the window we hear a lady on the mic saying ?wealready had her order ready ugly ass?. When we get to the window I immediately ask for the manager and to my surprise themanager is the man that took our order. I did tell him what the lady said and he said ?I did not hear that? after he literallysaid something immediately after her. There was no reason to rush, there was no reason to be rude while rushing, there certainlywas not a reason to verbally abuse a paying customer especially when no one was at the restaurant. I?m sure the owner of thisestablishment would be highly upset if they knew the workers they trusted to serve in this place was treating paying customerslike this. Workers were rude and very disrespectful the kitchen area was sooo dirty and the workers were too. Chicken was old and cold me... and my husband could not eat any of it had to throw it all away I will never eat at the Cahokia store ever again. Read more
Horrible place I ordered a 3 piece drumstick and mashed potatoes and got nothing but the other meals.We also ordered a sweet tea... and a diet pepsi and a root beer and got all root beer and paid for everything even the stuff we didnt get. Read more
Went through the drive through. Only one in line at 4pm. 2 cars in parking lot. Ordered two 2 piece chicken box and a side of... green beans. Told to pull around for total.. $19. Sheesh! Girl was nice at window, but whomever was taking the order, needs tospeak more clearly so she can be understood. Not trying to be ugly. Got home, chicken skimpy and soggy. The green beans wereburnt and dried out. Totally disgusting. Total waste of money. Read more

Ordered 2 Honey BBQ Chicken Littles, taste ok I guess but it had about a teaspoon maybe less of BBQ sauce on one side
