Imos is a great pizza, this location has abominable customer service ! Drivers are great but the staff socks, they put you on... hold at 830 at night and just leave you there , they answer once in a while and tell you to hold on then your back on hold untilyou hang up or they close !!! Read more
So it wasn't the pizza or the delivery driver which I will add got a $20 tip but its not a coincidence that our debt card got... hacked the next day with multiple tries at an atm and also Amazon with no avail then went to FOOTLOCKER and spent 212.00. Excellent pizza, made correctly, Toasted light brown cheese, sauce Was balanced, toppings generous.. just a perfect pizza. I'm... a card carrying chef raised on the southside stl. Spring n delor location. So they ser the bar high..Cahokiia BRAVO BRAVO.. My pizza was cold and my wings wasn?t chewable. It was to late to re order so I asked for a refund. I did try an eat some of the... food but all bad . Daniel only gave me 50 percent refund. Wasn?t about the money the service sucks as well even the lady driver.I was not please. I will tell everyone I know about Daniel at Imos in Cahokia on all social media platforms and I will never eatthere again. Read more
Ordered from this location because they were the only pizza place that would deliver to my job. So happy I did. The food was... absolutely delicious and everything was great. Spoke with the store manager to be sure I could pay with cash on delivery (largebills) and she was so nice and professional. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Read more
