So every time I have ever ordered a sub from subway, for the past 20 years?protocol is.. 1) pick bread 2) which kind of sub... would you like and would you like it toasted 3) what vegetables would you like. Well I was literally yelled at today by thelarge man behind the counter because I did not tell the girl at the ?pick your bread? station all the vegetables I wanted on myPhilly sub. I have to say I was stunned, speechless as to his actions. The girl at the ?bread station? literally said she wassorry for his behavior, but I can say that I will never stop at the at subway again. I know everyone is short staffed and itseems you can treat customers as poorly as you want and still not get fired, but really, what happen to customer service? I waswaiting patiently in line, the other employees were friendly, it was not overly busy.
