It was very busy and not very many waitresses. I waited 20 minutes to get any help and didn't even get checked on while I was... eating. First time ever eating at a Big Boys. Our waitress was amazing. She was so friendly. I never ran out of coffee, they came around... often topping everyone in the place with coffee. Last week our party of six had a great lunch while traveling to Mackinac! ?Best cheeseburger in years? we commented! AND after... driving several hours north to Mackinac, I discovered I left my wallet there at Big Boy! ???????? I couldn?t get back toCadillac for five days. So today, driving back to Cincinnati, we stopped and the management had taken care of it for me. ThanksChase and others who were honest!!!! Julian is an excellent waiter. Pleasant and courageous. I had zero issues. Watching him and listening to him take care of an... issue behind me was nice to see a waiter handle it AND make it right while staying pleasant was refreshing to see. Read more
There were 4 waitresses and only 6 tables with customers at them yet we waited and waited on being sat and on box and bill. The... waitresses stood around chatting. The bathroom was dirty and very old. Toilet wouldn't flush and sink was backed up. Toiletpaper all over floor. Salad bar was disgusting. It never used to be this way. Read more
We chose to have our extended family Thanksgiving meal for 2021 at the Cadillac Big Boy. It was a great opportunity for... everyone to avoid cleaning up the dishes and still have a great time together in the banquet room (had a reservation for it). The staff was extremely helpful and despite being under staffed that day, they did a fantastic job and never lost their cheerfulattitude. Hat's off to them, thanks again and God bless! Read more
Worst restaurant I've been to in a LONG time... Floors were sticky, not swept at all, under tables were gross, coleslaw tasted... like I was eating out of an ashtray! Then, an employee literally grabbed a piece of ice out of the ice bin, after picking at histeeth and put the ice in his mouth. When asked if that really just happened, employee was very rude and started arguing with us!Saying "yes I did, so what? I'd put money on it." The manager came out and let us voice our concerns and cut the bill for us,but quite honestly we couldn't even finish our food after that... I work in the hospitality industry and I would NEVER allow anemployee to treat a customer the way we were treated today! Read more
Not good!! No meats other than dried ham on the breakfast bar, runny scrambled eggs, sausage links was real greasy, the... waitress took her time in getting us coffee and then kept passing by us when our cups were empty, I watched the cook come outwith corn fritters and smash them into the pan to get them all in it and then beat them afterwards to get them down in it. They didn't seem to be real busy but took forever to bring anything to us. The manager or waitresses didn't act like they evenwanted to be there. Read more
