The server had a bad attitude, I said good morning and got *nothing * I asked how I wanted my subway basil wrap and was just... not caring to dress in a good mood , this millennial needs to get her head straight because one day she'll have children andothers will come across treating them the same way she treated me I leave it in God's hand ,for now ,but if this had a thumbsdown instead of a star ,that's the first thing I'd give this young lady, but hopefully she becomes some one in life, but itdoesn't mean you have to treat someone bad because of where your at in life, remember it's not to hurt this business butppl such as her ,make business reputation go bad for alot of reasons this took place at 8-830am this very day she needs anattitude adjustment, but at the end of the day I thank God for ppl like this child because it makes me raise mine not to belike her when they grow up Read more
Such a sad experience. I ordered a Protein Bowl Cold Cut Combo and two Footlong Meatball Marinara (one with Swiss, one with... Pepperjack, salt & pepper). The meat in my protein bowl was only ham and although I did request for it to be doubled, there washardly any salad or spinach in it. I ended up making a sandwich from the left over meat. We were told they were out ofmeatballs. So we requested to cancel the meatball subs from our order (placed online). We were told a manager was needed.Miraculously, meatballs were found. We were then told the more complicated (?) sandwich took longer to make. Yet both of themwere swiss. Lesson learned: go in and watch them make your food because they don't know what they're doing. This Subway is connected to a convenience store and gas station. It is very small. My feeling was that it could have been a lot... cleaner than it was and I saw the employees loitering and standing around a lot when they could have been cleaning. The food wasokay. But when the dresser made the sandwich, he folded the paper over the sandwich and squished it almost flat. The bread was alittle dense and everything was crushed. I would definitely prefer not to do that in the future. Everyone was friendly but Ijust think that they need to spend some extra time getting the place cleaner. I wouldn't have eaten there but I really didn'thave a choice as we were on the road and needed something quick. Most of the restaurants in that town looked to be about thesame. Today I've had stomach issues all day. The male cashier in the convenience store next door was the nicest and friendliestguy I've ever met. He was helpful and cheerful and happy and made small talk. We happened to be from the same area of Texas sowe had that in common. But he was a super nice guy. Read more
