We usually go through the drive thru when we visit this McDonald's but today we went inside to order and Dear Lord the counter... lady was rude!! I had to collect myself listening to her with the customers ahead of us. Then we ordered and she gave us thesame attitude just asking questions about a breakfast item. She rolled her eyes and sighed as if she didn't want to be at workthis morning. Think her name was Aretha...not sure since her scarf kept covering her name tag. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Restrooms were trashed worse than a frat house on a Friday night! No toilet paper, no soap and no sanitizer... to make up for it! We informed employees multiple times and other guests as well! We watched employees -3 to be exact - use thefacilities and come out with dry or wet hands with NO SOAP in the restrooms and did NOT bring any in with them when theywent! Nothing was stocked and when asked for ANYTHING they claimed they were out when we ALL could see lids, straws and napkinssince we all had to wipe our flaps with them since they REFUSED to get toilet paper! When the franchise owner was contacted hemade every excuse under the sun and DEFENDED his nasty employees and dinning room! This lovely human?s name is Steve Montgomery!When told we would be making a complaint with the state health department he said do it. So done! Stopped to use bathroom and no toilet paper. Decided to get crispy chicken sandwich, but there was no sauce on it, just pickles... and didn't see any stations for condiments while waiting, didn't notice nothing on it till after left. Read more
We went to this McDonald's first and last time. The red head girl who was labeled Manager was less than a floor janitor. ... People were not getting orders. We ordered 2 coke frozen drinks. 45 min later still no drinks. People who ordered a coke stillwaiting. Cars parked from drive thru never got their orders. Maybe the people could not read? What ever it was this was thedumbest worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Read more
Drive thru... Got asked to park to wait for my orange juice. Really? Wait for an orange juice!?!?! Then I go inside to get my... orange juice they had it filled with ice. Tricks because they "ran out". The Store Manager is RUDE and talks to customers likechildren. If I could give "0" stars I would. Pathetic location. Read more
I live here in caddo so I eat here more often than I?d like to admit. About half the time they get my order wrong or take... forever but I?m not the type of person to leave a bad review because I?ve worked in the fast food business and I know how it canbe; however today they have really done it. I ordered an iced coffee which I said at least three times and still got rung up fora hot coffee and also a sausage egg McMuffin which they made it correctly aside from the literal egg shell that was allthroughout my egg. If you are in a hurry and have no time to cook, this place will set you up. I like the breakfast, my only complaint is that the... pancakes are sweet even without syrup. When it comes to lunch and dinner their menu represents who they are, a fast foodrestaurant. I always try to cook at home, but whenever I can't this is the place to go. Read more
They are always polite with hot, fresh, salty fries! The bun isnt always the freshes.
