Very few times I get my order right at mcds, only one time have I gotten perfect order and that was today. I waited at the counter finally someone came up to take my order. I was number 310 I ordered at 3:15am 4 employees that I... could see working. No one before not even in drive through. Order 312 two cheeseburgers then 311 a quarter pounder and frieswere served before my Big Mac and fries. After watching them be more concerned about mopping floors and pulling containers outof drawers and commenting how gross?s it was and after waiting 25 minutes I walked out after paying and not receiving my order.Prior to walking out I tried asking one of the employees 2 times if she could tell me what was taking so long she blatantlyignored me and pretended not to hear me when she was literally a few feet from me which is what ultimately enraged me enough toleave and take the loss. This generation of owners at many McDonald?s have seriously allowed the quality through the years to goby the wayside which is such a shame considering how large the company has grown. I really despise how my time is wasted and thelack of caring about customers and really didn?t want someone touching mops and money and the gross stuff from the bins to behandling my food. Read more
Worst McD's ever. Staff is completely rude snd incompetent. Why, you ask? We pulled up and asked a curbsise server if the... playground was open. He said he didn't know and walked off. My wife ordered 3 drinks and it took 10 minutes!?!?!! Afterordering, she asked for a receipt and this server walked off too. My wife asked for sweet-n-low and the server had no clue whatit was and came back with splenda. The fountain drink area was a complete mess. I went to this McDonald's a couple months ago and there was an employee that truly stood out to me. His name was Victor and he... brought my food after I had to park and wait for it. While I sat there, I watched him bringing out orders for others that werewaiting and this young man was on top of it. He was literally jogging back and forth to the door and back to get people's foodto them. He was friendly, and he was professional as well. Very polite. He was one of the hardest working young men I have seenin awhile. Oh, and did I mention, it was like 100 degrees and he was not deterred. He deserves a raise! He looked like a youngman that was raised right and will be hugely successful in life. Read more
Two #7's; one with no onions. I don't know what's so hard to understand about this order. But you somehow find a way to screw... it up EVERY time. If I didn't want onions on both, I would've told you. Also, I ordered a large. I might as well have ordereda medium. We were forced to use the kiosk and when we took a tag number and dined in later I went to check at the counter and the girl in... charge of the front said oh I was calling your number and I begged your food because it said to go I guess we had a glitch inthe system. And I said well that's okay if you bagged it but why didn't you bring it to our table and that's the point of thetag. And I went back after doing some grocery shopping and ordered a frappe on the mobile went in to pick it up and she wasn'teven making it yet and then what she did she complain about another order not being taken out so she took it out and left mydrinks sitting there half-made so I asked someone and the young guy and to go as quickly made it and gave it to me and was verypolite. The girl in charge of the front was not very helpful and the manager in charge was busy doing orders but she couldn'tsee what was going on. I?m not a fan of McDonalds as it?s not my flavor but this time I decided to used the drive thru to get dinner for a friend and... myself. Staff seemed exhausted but were very friendly. Chicken nuggets and fries were actually fresh and so hot I had to waitfor them to cool so I could eat. Only downside, I asked for ketchup and they didn?t put it in the bag. Oh well! Read more
Went thru the drive thru and there was a line but thing moved pretty fast. I was asked to pull forward so they could complete my... order. I pulled forward and it wasn't long til a crew member brought some of my food. I was missing a happy meal. I asked thecrew member and she quickly got my happy meal!
