Great service and good selection on the menu. We arrived around 3pm on a Thursday so not extremely busy. Our burger and pulled... pork both were very good. Only correction would be serve hotter and fresher side dishes. Fries had been sitting for awhile andcajun mashed potatoes not very hot. We will visit again next time in Cabot. We eat here all the time and until tonight everything was delicious. I ordered the gumbo and the attached photo was brought to... the table. Guys. This is not gumbo. I have no idea what you brought me. Seriously, this needs to be taken off the menu or backof the house needs to learn how to make a roux. usually like eating here. foods has always been good. so i thought i would order with bite squad. ordered the chicken and... waffles and it said on the menu "coated" in powdered sugar and syrup. there was none of either on it, the chicken was very dry.messaged bite squad about this and they reached out to the restaurant and was told it was on there so no refund. idk who theytalked to but this place is usually accommodating. sad. I highly recommend this food! I'm not normally in the Cabot area, but I was today and heard the Purple Onion was the place to... eat. They weren't wrong! I got the bang burger and it was great! Usually I have to add heat to spicy food, but this was almostright for me. I loved the fried jalapenos and bang sauce. It went good with a touch of buffalo sauce too. Read more

It?s been a while since I have been here and my wife and I stopped in for lunch the day before Thanksgiving. I was seated right... away and Heather was our waitress. This is a great place to go, just a few minutes off I40. Brisket nachos are a must! Fried mushrooms and spinach dip are also... amazing. They have good New Orleans and Cajun pastas. Try this place some time! Great service, and not a long wait. Read more
