50 minute wait for an uncomplicated regular DRIVE THRU order. Was asked to pull up to the door after we paid and they'd bring... our food out - but we watched 17 cars behind us get their food at the window and leave. The "sorry for the wait" chicken wereceived while waiting for our order was just breaded gristle. Incompetent management, and the most horrifying "fast food"experience of my life. The front-line workers were nice and apologetic, and my anger isn't towards them. I normally am asked topull forward so they can bring my food out, so I accounted for what we thought would be a regular 20-minute wait. But 15 minuteswaiting before we could even order, plus 50 minutes and TWO trips inside the restaurant to see if it was ready is just plainunacceptable. Read more

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the 10 piece family meal with 2 sides. Got all the way back home to discover there were... only 9 pieces and out of the 9 there were 5 wings. Really!!! Called the phone number to speak to the manager, but it just keptringing and ringing. No answer! This location is really lacking in all areas! Do not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
The drive thru.was a little slow today but the guy at the window was friendly. I got chicken strips and they were so tender &... juicy. My sides were both the mashed potatoes and gravy which I love. The pictures of the sandwich are from a previous drivethru experience with Popeyes where an employee wrote on my daughter's sandwich 'weird' because she asked for spicy & regularmayo on her sandwich. Went to the drive thru for dinner and by the time I opened everything out of the bag, I see a vulgar insult written on a napkin... with my order. I was not impolite at the window or speaker, so I'm not sure why they felt the need to do this. Upset, I calledthe manager, who didn't seem too surprised with this and she said she would handle this matter, but as it seems, looking throughphotos of other reviewers, this is not the first time this has happened. Visited through drive thru. Terrible without explanation. Simple order made completely wrong. After realizing the order was... wrong, turned around and drove back. Decided to go inside to get it right. After finally getting served, they just placed themissing items on the counter and left. No apologies or anything. I love Pop Eyes, but my family and my visits will cease until Ifeel justice. I heard the lady in front of us say that she ordered online number 28. After driving to the window, she waitedover 12 minutes( and the rest of us behind her). I asked the lady at the window why and she just said that they had to wait onsome things. If she ordered online there should be no such thing as running out of anything by the time she arrives. Now ourorder is cold from waiting. I find all this so hard to believe. Read more
