Absolutely worse service. This is the second time I've driven from Jacksonville to Cabot and twice now the service was... horrible. Today I waited at the drive through for a good 5 minutes and never received service. In the past the service wasmuch better so don't know if it's different employees or what. What is it with people and service in Cabot? Why even have your doors open, if you just gonna completely ignore people who walk... in? Might as well just lock your doors and put up a sign that says drive through only. 4 people helping with drive through andno one manning the counters? Really???!!!!! Read more
Stopped in because we haven?t had KFC in a while and had a craving - ordered the family special with 3 sides and a 1/2 gallon... drink. Out of tea and lemonade and also didn?t have the container it comes in so we got 2 large drinks filled- ok so I guessthat could be supply chain problems?. Chicken was incredibly dry -nuff said about that Didn?t get the Max-n-cheese weordered But to keep it interesting we got 2 cups of brown gravy; for what I have no idea because our other 2 sides were coleslawand corn Tried to call but they didn?t answer the phone - hopefully this saves someone the trouble Read more
Speaker barely works. The couple times I've gone here, I've dealt with terrible employees who were rude. The food I actually did... get once of the two visits was cold, hard, and not good. It was a cheap meal so I wasn't too concerned. Tossed it and went toslims. The second time I couldn't even get anything. Was told they didn't have any chicken.... Before dinner..... Not happy, but realize everyone makes mistakes. Issues: Wrong Order, Gravy was as thin as water Tea Tasted Old, & Received... UnSweet Tea. (I'll precede by saying the employee I spoke with was very apologetic and set the missing items aside for pickup,along with new side of gravy & some chicken that was supposed to be in my order.) I ordered via the KFC App, which gave me abouta 20 minute wait time. 'sign infront says to pickup online orders inside, but the lobby is closed. (No biggie, just thought itreflected poor management.) 'went to the drive-thru about 4 minutes early. 'told to park in the 1st spot for my food would bebrought to me. After about 10 more minutes, I was brought 2 bags. I didn't ask where my receipt was, or verify the name on theorder, nor did I scrounge around in two bags of hot greasy chicken, etc. in my car to ensure it was correct before leaving. (Iknow Classic Mistake.) So, of course, when I got home and someone started pulling food out of containers, I noticed it wasn'twhat I ordered. (Everyone has had this moment. You're tired and hungry along with a hungry household. You start to unloadwhat was supposed to be an easy supper, but it's not your order. ????) It's even more upsetting when you spend $45 to not getwhat you paid for and then have to drive back into town. Great place for an afternoon buffet. Very clean and friendly place. Great selections on the food and dessert bars. My only... complaint would be the price. Over $20 for two people seems really high. For that price we will go to a sit Down, be waited ontype resturant and be pampered. Lower your prices and there will be more than TWO tables on a Wednesday afternoon buffetbudget.. Read more
put an order in through the mobile app thinking it would be faster. The app told us that the food was ready and when we got to... the drive-thru, we still had to wait 10 minutes for the food to come out to us through the drive-thru. this KFC has had a lot ofproblems last year or so. Read more
