It was ok. I got a pizza stromboli and it tasted like I was eating a pretzel with cheese and pepperoni. There wasn't any flavor... to it but it was decent. My dad got the ziti pasta and he said it's good. And my sister got a pizza and she said it was good.The customer service was alright but she didn't use gloves when she got our food. I hope she washed her hands but that's kindadisgusting. But either way it was an Ok experience. Read more

I?m so disappointed about this restaurant that I don?t even know where to start! The staff is extremely rude, there was a lady... that didn?t want to answer our questions regarding our order. There was a bald guy that behaved worse than the lady, it was sucha bizarre experience. I began raising my voice in disappointment saying what kind of a service is that !? The worker startedarguing with me saying I?m the rude one ! People please do yourselves a huge favor and spend your money for food elsewhere.Owner of Villa you?ll loose business with this terrible customer service if you don?t shape up your workers or change them.Never have I experienced customer service this bad. I even called to talk to the manager of restaurant and someone who sure wasthe worker answered the phone and responded rudely the number is wrong, they don?t even want to answer people because they knowit must be a complaint about their service. Screwed up our order. Refused to accomodate even with receipt. Used to like this place. Visited at least 4 times a month.... Blogged about it raving to my followers as well as my husband doing so on his Military Veterans blog.. looks like we will havesome blogging to do when we get home from this trip. Their Ziti is amazing. Usually always has a great taste like no other pasta but sometimes it's good to get the marinara sauce on... it for a little extra flavor. Everytime I go the staff is nice and get my order ready for me fast. The food is great. I love it.I would recommend others to try it out. Read more
