This is the 2nd time I have visited this location for my Mexican Pizza and been disappointed. It looks a complete mess.
I?ve came in the lobby at 9:50 pm and waited until 10:45 pm ?.I was one of 2 people in the lobby not many cars in the drive... thru I?ve watched many cars who came after me get there food through the entire time I was there ? i never waited 1 hour to getfood from a fast place restaurant? staff doesn?t know how to prioritize, very unaware?. would of just walked away butunfortunately I paid already on the kiosk?.. Nice service, quick food, super yummy. Clean exterior, well lit menu board. Enough sauce already!! Lol. I swear, Taco Bell is... the only place that is too generous with the sauce packets. We use 6 or 10, and the rest go to waste. Scale it back, landfillsare only so big!! Read more

Slow and rude. John H, Tony R, Kate B, Erin K, and Josh P. were the employees working and were extremely rude to me. I was... supposed to have two meals comped due to a previous negative experience at this location. They refused to honor, refused to tellme when the GM I had already talked to would be working again for me to call, and initially refused to give me names so I couldreport. They instead laughed in my face. Slow because line consistently takes half hour to hour plus at this location. Do notrecommend going to this location. Read more
