What in the world happened to Starbucks? Their entire business model centered on customer service. Back in the day, if you were... a regular, they always remembered your name, your drink, or both. These days you're lucky if they even notice you. This morningI walked up to the register (I know it's taboo to not order online or go through the drive-thru). The cashier looked at me and,without a word, walked away. There were nine employees behind the counter, and it still took me asking for help to get someoneto take my order. I have never had a bad experience here. I came in and ordered my drink today, it looked absolutely beautiful and tasted so good!... I believe one of the ladies was training someone and she was very patient and kind to her. I wish I got her name but herpositive attitude made everything so much better. Whatever she is getting paid isn't enough. Both seemed like wonderful people! Read more

Great little slice of goodness in the middle of your errands. Super nice and great employees! I use this location almost weekly.
The products are standard Starbucs fare, the problem I had here was the idiot employee watching me shop for groceries then run... to the Foos store management. And attempt to get me hemmed up for shop lifting , which never actually happened but sadly I hadto undergo a search and humiliation to prove that I did nothing wrong. Read more
