Just paid almost 15 dollars for pizza pretzel bites and a drink with dipping sauce and it was HORRIBLE. I had 1 piece of bread... with a pepperoni on it. I say bread because the size was more like a bread stick stuffed into a cup instead of bites. On topof that they were burnt. Maybe if the staff would take more time preparing the food and less time on their unsanitary cellphones showing each other pictures they could get the food right. Had a terrible experience in here today while standing in line waiting for a pretzel. Food an all was good but there was some... tension going on in the kitchen between staff members. The exchange of words a certian employee chose to use to degrade theother employee she was working with was uncalled for and very unprofessional on her part. It seemed to be a laughing matter forthe staff when it surely was unprofessional and uncalled for. Read more

Nope this is not it. Three dry pretzels and some bites in the case. No regular salt pretzels ready. We ask if there are more... coming out, response is "when we get to it". Cashier wipes snotty nose on shoulder, upper arm and also hand. Continues to grabcup for beverage and scoops it directly into the ice bin (btw that's a big no no). These are facts. mine were underdone and chewy while my bbg's were burnt. they also saw us getting straws with our hands full and yelled "you... guys can't eat in here actually there's a sign have a good day" very rudely at us which completely threw off the fun and livelyatmosphere. not looking forward to coming back ????
