The food is fine the woman this morning clearly shouldn?t be at work if u can?t hear the order ask the customer to repeat it... don?t just assume and just put what u think u heard then catch an attitude when I say what I wanted. I give 2 stars because the food was good. This location has the worst customer service. The staff is extremely rude. I remain... nice but it doesn't matter. I will have to say most of the fast food locations in Byram are horrible, I try to avoid Byram whenpossible. Read more
They were super rude. We were there to help with the water crisis and needed some food. We went in and they had soda and ice... which requires water. We got a cup of ice to go and it melted and was not clear. We offered to get them portable water and theywere very rude. They stated the bathrooms were closed, and then got rude when we tried to get the water.. like I know you don'twork all day without a bathroom. Read more
I went through the drive thru and asked politely if my burger could be cooked to order, the girl at the window stated ?All our... food is fresh? then proceeds to hand me a warm burger. I stated that I would wait on it and pull around. I go on the inside andafter standing there a few minutes, they proceed to hand me the SAME burger. After confronting them about it, the manager(Adrianne) gets upset and gives me my money back. I am highly disappointed that you can?t get great service anymore from thesefast food places. Read more
I ordered 5 burgers and they gave me 3, when we went to the door the confuse fa##@%t caught an attitude. Don't get mad because... you messed up the order. I don't understand how people like that gets pass the initial interview this falls back on the hiringmanager. Then they wonder why. They are sorry as heck. Service was by far the worst. Our cashier got on her personal cellphone when it came time to take mine and my husbands order... after taking my family's order.. we waited, then she didn't give us our cup she went and got on her cell again and we had towait again. Then when we was leaving one lady was really nice and said thank y'all for dining in with us to come back andsomeone in the back said don't come back this late. Trust me, we won't ever be back to this restaurant. Corporate needs to shutthis restaurant down or fire some employees.. I wish I could rate this restaurant a zero star.. Read more
