I went for ice cream today and when I walked in and immediately the bad odor of waste from the bathroom in the air. The smell... was awful the ice cream shop should have been closed. One of the employees had to used a heavy mop to mop up water coming fromthe broken plumbing. The freezer wasn?t working properly because the ice cream was soft. At this point I knew this store shouldhave been closed. Beware I do not recommend this shop for ice cream???? Read more

I enjoy eating here with friends, the service is nice. The only thing I wish is that they have cookies and cream. They seem to... always be out of it and that is my favorite flavor. Overall, nice atmosphere and service. Read more
It's better to drive 100 miles than ordering here. These guys will mess up your order at the last moment. Thus by ruining your... celebration. They don't understand the importance of celebration. We placed a order for birthday cake and gave the name of theperson to write happy birthday {name} on the cake. At the last moment when we went to pick up the cake. They said their designeris not available. I was furious hearing this. This should not have happened given I ordered my cake in advance. I asked if theycould give me the cream and I will write it on my own. However they refused it. I have never seen such a rude staff in my life.Totally not willing to help. In the end I had to take a plain cake at the end of the day for my lovely daughter. Read more
Don't ever order cake here. I said never ever. They will mess up your cake at the last time and would not even help you when... they can. They forgot to write happy birthday {name} on the cake and wouldn't even give us the cream to write it on our own.They don't understand the importance of celebration and how this could ruin someone's moment. I love ice cream and world class chocolate is my absolute favorite. Sometimes they don't have it out but, they always explain to... me how hard it be but, to call a little before I show up and I love that. I never write reviews but, I had to on this onebecause, they are always so kind and accommodating. Absolutely love this location! Every single time I've visited this establishment, which is @least once a week sometimes more-... greeted with a smile and excellent service with speed! I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know- try out thecappuccino blast if you haven't already - it beats any other similar drink out the water- PERIOD!
