I'll be generous and give 4 stars since I understand what it's like to be in the restaurant business, and since my orders from... this location have never been given to me incorrect. But a restaurant cannot survive without negative feedback once in a while.How else can it improve? So here's mine. The first time I ordered from this location, the pizza was excellent. The last 3 timesI ordered the pizza was much less desirable. This time, for instance, there were three bubbles in the dough on my pizza, two ofwhich were really big. There was burnt cheese all over the outer crust, and the pizza was hard to separate, wasn't cut all theway through. I'm sure this store can and will do better. I hope so at least. I just wish more restaurants would take pride intheir work; in this case, make better-looking, more scrumptious pizzas. C'mon guys. You can do it. Read more
Absolute worst! Papa John's has out sourced their ordering and customer service to India. I paid for a pizza and two 2 liters of... mountain dew. The driver delivered the pizza and 1 bottle of mountain dew . You can not get a hold of the store I unfortunatelypaid with cash so I can't get my 4 dollars back or the extra 2 liter I paid for I will never get anything from papa John's everagain. Read more
First of all orderd a "football" pizza didn't look like one with little to no toppings and was not cut, second: ordered extra... pizza sauce for 60 cents each never got them, third: left the pizza on our neighbors door instead of calling us to ask whatdoor. Just alittle advice when looking for a manager to run your store correctly pay them enough to fix all the problems thatare being done with the order. Read more
Ordered delivery to our hotel after a long long day on the road thinking it would be a easy, trouble free way to feed the kids -... ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni special along with cheese bread with ranch - order came without the ranch and withoutpepperoni. They admitted that they didn't see the ranch with the cheese bread but tried to spin some sort of idea that thestuffed crust pepperoni special didn't come with pepperoni unless the customer chose to customize the order and add pepperoni -somehow I think if the pepperoni needed to be specifically added that should have been made clear - maybe not call it pepperoniin the title or use a picture of a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza to illustrate the special? What a rip off! If the kids hadwanted a cheese pizza I wouldn't have ordered the pepperoni special, could have spent less and just ordered a cheese pizza Read more
The garlic oil was exploded and the whole pizza was soaked and we didnt even order that garlic sauce.. the blue cheese had the... characteristics of runny expired milk and was green. Read more
We just ordered 50 dollars worth of food the first order was correct but was so soggy due to the garlic sauce opening. So we... call and tell the manager about it he ignorantly asks what he's supposed to due about it we asked for them to replace them. Theydelivered the second order and messed the order up again and forgot the banana peppers this time. Read more
Ordered a veggie pizza and this is what we get??!! What the heck Papa John's? This is abysmal, even for Butte. Ordered from your... store before and it wasn't this bad, maybe work on quality control, or if you're out of something notify customers when theyorder and not try to pull a fast one.
