Took almost 2 hours for my food to get here. Food wasn?t correct either. Didn?t put onions on my pizza and I ordered cinnamon... twists but got garlic twists. They also don?t carry change apparently I thought they always carried change just not a ton tobreak like $50 or $100. So after waiting two hours almost for my food I couldn?t get any change back. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. They tried charging us almost $60.00 for two medium pizzas,... cheesy bread and brownies. And when my wife pointed out the mistake, she was cursed at. DO NOT PATRONIZE. Too bad, too. Weused to like their food, now just nausea. AND it took over two hours to make the food! Last time I ordered, it took over an hour and a half before they even cooked the food. Had to go and pick up the food myself... because it was 1am and they were closed. I didn?t receive a phone call as to what the delay was or that my order would take solong.(had to call and ask myself) And this time, it says the driver left the store and I stood outside for 15 minutes because itkept saying they were 1 minute away. The tracker showed the car stopped a block down from the store front. And to top it off, mysoda was hot. It didn?t come out of a cooler in any way, and then was placed next to hot pizza in the delivery bag. So even anunwanted room temp soda would?ve been better than HOT soda. Not only do I want to say the food was great. But most of all I want to show appreciation this may sound a little strange but if... it wasn't for your food I would be stuck dealing with not only a tooth ake but a piece of my jaw stuck in my gums. The dentistwhere talking of cutting my mouth more and sawing my jaw, but thanks to the butter and garlic and hardiness from your food itmade it slide out. No joke it's was a True Blessing thank you. The dentist couldn't pull it without hurting my other teeth andit was in the roof of my mouth thank you. Thank you for delicious food as well. I'm honestly not impressed with the way the delivery services have been lately. The last few times I've ordered I patiently wait... for an hr, hr an a half for my delivery before I called the store. Yet only to get told its going to be another hr or two beforeI get my food. I get being short staffed an all but that's the least you can do is update your website to let people know that. Read more
I'm only giving 3 stars because as much as I love their food, it seems like they NEVER get our order right. I mean by now my... house has to be in there system with a side note "people always complain food is not right". For example, tonight all but onepizza was good. It took two hours to get our order. I called 45 minutes in to check on the order and was told that they were putting it in next... and it would be 30 minutes. An hour later we still hadn't gotten it. We were told they were short staffed and had a new cook. I said had I known it would take so long I would have done something else and that a call would have been nice. The response Ireceived was "we have someone making calls now!" Will not order from here again. Read more
