Salsa wasn't fresh taste refrigerator on it.ordered queso and it happened to have the refrigerated salsa in it and could still... taste it in a bowl on nacho cheese. The sides for were hooked up though and I can tell this place is really trying. Staff wasvery nice and accommodating Read more

Flavorless food. Mexican food is all about seasoning and flavor! The fajitas didn't even have salt and pepper. The beef tacos... were cold and also packed seasoning. My daughter's tater tots were lukewarm. The service was okay. Read more

Definitely not a hole in the wall. We were very impressed with the food, the wait staff, and the environment. Two combos, two... adult beverages ran us to $50, and we both agreed it was well worth it. Generous portions and a decent selection of barley popon the menu. We can't wait to go back again. I wanted to like this place I really did?but I don?t. However, I must say the staff were lovely, kind and accommodating but the... food? it had almost no flavor at all, the cheese was subpar. The rellenos were just goo and the only flavor could actively tastewas celery? an ingredient I never heard of in Mexican food. The server told me everyone loves the fajitas and maybe if I?mstarving one day I?ll give them a go. Read more

It's hard to rate this place, as the meal I had was actually good, but the style of everything was just so not authentic I kind... of had a laugh about it. The service was the kind I would get at a country steakhouse, and the chips were not fresh made oranything of the sort. Guacamole and salsa were passable. I do have to say the fajitas were very good though, in the way my Irishfamily would make them. It was just kind of weird to have a whole staff of very Anglo-Saxon people cooking and serving at a"Mexican" restaurant. The recipes were good in a completely American- and Midwestern-ized way. I also thought the price a bithigh for what it was, considering authentic Mexican food is known for large portion sizes. This is not a bad place for Butte,MT, and if I wanted fajitas in the area I would go back. As someone who lived in Phoenix and has experienced some deliciouscookouts, I just can't feel right giving it more than 3 stars, although I didn't have a bad time. It is good, just notauthentic. Extremely disappointing. Upon arrival I was asked if I minded eating in to go containers, which would have been fine if the food... would have been worth taking home, it was not. It took quite some time to have my order taken, but the chips were good.. Mychicken quesadilla was both burnt and extremely dry with no flavor at all. I asked for no pico and all my items came with pico. The hard corn shell tacos were also quite bland and grease drenched to the point of disintegrating in sogginess. The service wasquite good and really the highlight of the visit. I see no reason to go back. The food was uninspired and bland. Read more

This place was good! Got the combo meal with tacos, the chicken cilantro roll, and beans and rice. Also, a margarita. I had... never had the fried chicken cilantro roll before, and I loved it! The rice was really good. My husband got nachos. The food wasdelicious. The service was somewhat slow, although it was pretty busy at the time. Our server was very nice. We would come backhere again, but not if we were in a time crunch. Read more
