Worst Burger King I?ve ever been too. Sat in line for about 20 mins waiting for the vehicle in front of us to order, when we... finally got to the order screen we sat for over 20 mins with two cars in front of us at the windows and never got to even placean order. Usually don?t go to this burger king because of messed up orders and terrible customer service but it was one of theonly options we had. Just reminded me why I never go there. Read more
I sat at the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. There was 2 cars in front of me that left before... they took my order. Not impressed at all. Will not be back. Read more
Filthiest BK we have ever been in. Gross bathrooms, dirty tables and floors were sticky. Restaurant was fairly quiet but took... 15 minutes to get cold whoppers. Had to wear jackets as it was hardly heated for a cool day. Staff was friendly but you couldhear them apologizing to almost every patron for whatever the issue with their order was. Read more
Make sure you take the time to check your entire order before leaving. They constantly mess something up. Here is a photo of my... "large" fries (bag fries included.) If I wasn't distracted by my other missing items, I might have noticed it. This is why Ionly go hear on a whim, after enough time has past that I forget my last bad experience. Read more
Poor quality control. I ordered ham croissant meal with a side of French toast sticks. First they forgot to get my coffee and I... had to go wait for them in line to ask for the cup. Second, they gave me jalapeno poppers instead of French toast sticks so Ihad to wait for them to make a new batch after my order was already 5 minutes old. Third, the ham croissant had a big thumbprint in the side, was assembled off center, and the bread was stuck to the paper. Poorly trained, poor quality workforce. Read more
This is litteraly the worst customer service I've ever had in Butte, Mt. They can't even change their P.O.Ps (menu boards) on... the drive thru menu to inform customers of changes to products and prices. When I informed management of this they acted like itwas unquestionably my fault that I was charged wrong and given the wrong sizes according to the menu provided to the customerthru their p.o.p package. They in fact only carry one size of shakes that is small and its $4.00 I will not be back to thislocation as I'm sure there are plenty of other fast food restaurants in this town that would be more than happy to politely takemy orders and money.
