I ordered the maple bacon sandwich and it was cold in the middle. As far as the coffee I told them light and sweet and somehow... they managed the screw that up. They need to stop hiring kids and hire people That know what they?re doing. Read more

This dunkin has the worst service I?ve ever experienced. The food is never made correctly, half of the time they will not... include your entire order in the bag, and the lady that works the drive thru is usually in a terrible mood, so come eat here!! Read more

I ordered a sandwich with no cheese as I have an allergy. The person taking the order repeated the no cheese order. I pulled... away and realized they had put cheese on the sandwich.This has happened numerous times in the past and I had stopped going tothis location due to the orders be filled incorrectly. I was dumb enough to give them another shot. I called the direct numberand no answer. I then called corporate and after explaining the situation they advised that they would have the owner call mewithin 48 hours. Dunkin had all of my information from past complaints to them. The resolution from the owner was a form emailwith no specifics to my complaint but offered to make a new sandwich. They named two people to see and one of them took and madethe order. This location is so poorly run I am amazed it is still open. Google needs to upgrade there system and allow less than1 star. Read more

I guess dunkins been having some problems getting people to work. The lady did tell me she'll be with and she was busy filling... drive thru orders(of course). It did take her 15 minutes to get to me and it wasn't even her. Luckily an employee was comingback from a bathroom break. Then I understand it does take like 10 mins to make the sandwiches, so I was cool. But the majorityof customers would be upset or leave before ordering. I feel bad cause I have some compassion for the workers. But it's gettingworse not better. It seems like a constant grind. Thanks guys... Read more

Always a 15-20 minute line. Always reuse espresso grinds. As someone who drinks my espresso black with an extra shot...I know... when it is watered down or grinds are reused. When I ask for it to be fixed it is extremely unprofessional and inexcusable toask me if I understand my order. Of course I understand my order! I ordered it. Never seems to be a problem at any other DDbranch besides this one. Save yourself a headache and avoid this location. Read more

Sadly this used to be my favorite dunkin and over the last few months it has completely gone down the tubes. It takes forever to... order, the order is always wrong, the coffee tastes awful and the Bagels and sandwiches are always dripping from the meltedbutter or cream cheese or are burned. The service used to be fast and friendly and the food perfect, I am not sure what haschanged but I will never go back! Read more
