The food I received was not hot or fresh so I called to talk to a manager. This woman?s name was Zoe and she handled the... situation with professionalism. Going downhill. Iced coffees are wrong every time I go, they used to be perfect. Fries are less fresh, not salted. Used to be... accurate, missing mods now. Overall disappointing because I used to swear by this location. Read more
This location is a bit out of my way, but it's worth it! The customer service is excellent and they've never got my order wrong,... yet! Unlike the court st location, they have manners and don't walk around with the "I hate life" attitude. It's refreshing tonot have to deal with rude, entitled beings. Keep up the good work, y'all! Been going to McDonalds since I can remember in the early 70's. I remember they used to have this amazing special back then,... every so often. They would sell their regular hamburgers for .10 cents each and it was an awesome dinner for us kids and a greatbargain for our parents! Read more
Actually just as good as the Swartz Creek store. Now there are two I can go to instead of the one on Miller and I 75. Easy to do... rive to and through . The food was hot and even though we received the wrong food at the drive through the manager greeted mewith the correct order. That's good management. Nice work young lady. Thank you. Read more
