Food good. Service was good I ordered a special Quarter Pounder and the brought it out quick and friendly.

Everytime I come to this location the food is really old knowing this I stopped today for a Mcflurry and frappe but was hungry... for actual food but didn't want to lose out on money so I got a mchicken and it was literally rock hard lol chewing leatherwould be easier but I wasn't as mad since it's only a McChicken fries are usually fresh for some reason and ice cream is alwaysgood idk what it is with them and food though if u can avoid this and go to the one on plainfield road I'd highly recommend Read more
Omg, this is hands down one of the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. 2 days on a row of garbage. Cold yet reheated fries, cold... nuggets, a sat on cheeseburger. How do ppl eat this stuff? Its wirse than eating out of a garbage can. They used to be ok. Notsure what happened. But i will def be going to the grocery store tonight so im not forced to starve on my lunch break. Mycoworkers used to come here daily, now go elsewhere. 8 bucks for unedible food. Read more
I had a TERRIBLE experience tonight on 9/4/22 at this location. I am a regular customer who has not had any previous bad... encounters here. The night staff was extremely rude. ?Kevin? if that was his real name has bad customer service... When I drovearound to the window he said ?you weren?t saying shit? and wanted to argue back and forth with me. The manager was standing atthe window as well blocking him and did not apologize for the incident. The staff slammed the window in my face completelydisregarding everything that happened. My co-worker was in the car and placed an order that was the ONLY reason we got the food.And of course when he arrived home he stated that his order was incorrect. If you have employees that do not like their job letthem go before they drag down this location. I do not EVER plan on returning here. Read more
Best McDonald's ever. Kids were courteous food was hot. Made a mistake on the milk shake and gave me Both. Nice. Better than.... Throwing it away. I'll come back here for sure. Read more
This is a Horrible McDonald's. Stay as far away as you can. First the drive-thru attendant was difficult to understand. After... placing double quarter pounder meal with a chicken sandwich he suggested coke instead of asking me what I would like to drink. Isaid no I want diet coke. They gave me a coke instead of diet coke at the window ! And I asked for replacement . Then they mademe wait on side so they can bring my order ( fine I dont have a problem with the extra wait but it took a while for a fast foodrestaurant I must say ). When I got my order the fries were super cold , it looked like they just through the fries in the bagupside down. Then when I got home and started eating the crispy chicken sandwich wow ! Not only the bread was crispy but it wasreally burnt from inside ( see photo). Overall experience and quality is zero/5. Very disappointing. I'm a fan of McDee but abig no no for this one. I'll have to look at ratings next time I go to a Macdonald. Read more
