Very easy to order and pay online. Drive through window is nice and easy. And the pizzas are good!
Great food really fast. Ordered from the app went through the drive thru or pickup window. The lady there was very nice, she was... very outgoing and wanted to be sure the order was correct and I had everything needed so my meal would be a pleasant experience.I can not find one thing to complain about. I knew the price up front so if I found it to be more than I wanted to spend Ididn't have to order so I can not say they are too expensive like I say nothing to complain about. Guy at the window was either drunk or high and acted very suspicious, didn't get everything I ordered yet my money was taken... from my account. My advice? Called in an order. All smooth until delivery. Driver called due to being confused about address. No biggie. However, I didn't... recognize the number so I didn't answer and it was not a local number. I then receive a very aggressive message "This is thedelivery driver!!!! Answer now". Maybe the driver was having a rough day or something but the aggressive text was uncalled forand inappropriate. Tried again..... Fail. Put in an online order at 6:45 pm. Estimated time of delivery was 7:15 pm. The driverarrived at 8 pm. The pizza delivered was the wrong pizza. I Called the local place to report the mistake. I had to explain thesituation at least 3x because, for some reason, understanding that the wrong pizza was delivered to us was extremely difficult. While they did offer to make another pizza, we were not waiting another hour for a pizza to be delivered. Asked for a refund onmy order and was offered a credit. I advised the manager that a credit for the amount charged would not work as I did not wantto order from there again. The next closest pizza place is 30 min away and I'd rather pay for a $5 Hot n ready next time. Read more
