Excellent pork barbecue, served in a cast iron skillet!! Six fabulous sauces right there on the table so you can try them all!... The baked beans were delicious and the corn on the cob was so fresh! They must have corn growing around back. Onlydisappointment was the banana pudding - I think maybe we got the bottom of the pudding barrel. Definitely worth the 30 minutedrive off the Blue Ridge Parkway if you're hungry! Read more
Overall experience was good. Friendly helpful staff. We went for dinner. Topped Mac & Cheese's were very good. The Brisket was... not what we were expecting for $18, shredded like pulled pork which made it dry and chewy. We were expecting slices of brisketwhich are tender and juicy. Large drinks with free refills. Good sides: banana pudding needs more cookie (maybe crumbled ontop). Limited parking especially if busy. They also serve breakfast & lunch. Read more

Absolutely delicious! Best fried Catfish I've probably ever had. Came here for dinner after a long road trip and it fully... satisfied my craving for delicious food. Fried green tomatoes with the sauce they give were excellent. It was actually so goodfor dinner, we went back the next day for breakfast. The chicken and waffles was amazing and the cinnamon rolls they give youwere probably one of the best I've had also. Definitely a must try and will be back next time we are in the area!
