Honestly was super disappointed. This place was absolutely the dirtiest place I?ve ever walked into. So dirty that there are... BUGS flying everywhere. Flying on the FOOD is by far the nastiest! I?m surprised this location isn?t shut down. Don?t come hereif you see it filthy you will get sick. Train your employees to clean the place! We will never come back. The store had an issue this morning and was being handled well by the manager and staff. To the owner though (didn't catch the... name) I hope you take more Food Safety classes and learn the error of your ways. I would recommend not eating here this weekend(Sept 23-Sept 26). And further advice would be to actually listen to the people in your store, as they were the ones who openedand knew more about said situation. Instead you argued with them and insisted they open the doors back up, even as maintenancewas addressing the problem. So, 2 stars to the owner, 5 stars to staff and in store management. Read more
Just went to this subway because it's the closest one to my house. Usually don't write reviews but as a previous sandwich artist... who worked at subway for 3 years, today I was completely dissatisfied. I got 2 sandwiches, one for me and my husband. Mysandwich was supposed to be toasted but it is very soggy and not really hot. The woman who stacked the protein put it right inthe middle, which makes it hard to add veggies and keep it all in the sub. Please work harder to make your product, yourcustomers will really appreciate it and tip you better! Read more
Store hours saying closes at 6 pm , today 08/20/22 I stopped at 3 and tried ordering online and the app said store closed , I... walked in the store and the girl that work there said I can't order online and she won't honor the discount in the store and shewas actually going to close at 3:30pm even that online it said they close at 6pm. When I got in line, there was 1 person ahead of me. She ordered 3 sandwiches. I ordered 1. It took 25 minutes to get the 4... sandwiches made. The employees working couldn't have been more than 13 years old, with the attention span of a 3 year old. Theservice was TERRIBLE! 2 young girls should not be left alone to work without an adult!! This Subway is terrible. The bread was not fresh. The spinach tasted rotten. The ice machine was broke , which the employees... didn?t tell me until after I purchased a soft drink. The cookies were not cooked through. The store looked dirty. Dirty tables.No napkins. No employees in sight to ask or complain to. Will not be back. Read more
This place needs to train their employee again. I came for a quick lunch at around 11am on a Saturday. The two servers were... helping another family of four people before me. The two servers were in half sleep half conscious mode, so they were confusedon what was next for the sandwiches making process. I think one particular guy was massaging each sandwich before he cut it:)) It took me 21mins to get my sub ( I knew the wait because I reviewed time stamp of a text that I sent right before I enteredthe store) Also, they advertised their new menu - nah, still same meat and sauces, just different names.
