Ordered before they opened and watched for the update, said it was on its way we are very close so after 30 minutes I called to... check. They said door dash had picked it up 40 minutes prior, I had no idea they used door dash for delivery. They quicklyremade it and a worker from the store brought it to us himself. Absolutely fantastic customer service. They went out of theirway to make it right and I really appreciated it. While we don?t order pizza often will be sure to use them when we do! Read more
took 1hr and 30 minuets to cook the food, then it took the driver 30+ minuets to DELIVER the food, but we didn?t notice for an... extra 15 minutes because they didn?t ring the door bell, or knock! crushed the box and left it outside on the doorstep. horribleservice. Read more
Technically it was pizza and that is the end of the positive. I ordered a large meat lovers, the meat was obviously on the top... but was burned, it had cheese but maybe only maybe enough for a personal pan pizza, and the sauce was so little you could it allon one finger. This franchise has gone downhill so far it is disgusting pizza. Circus Circus or Little Cesears are better and20% of the price. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas and we got this (see pics). Was about to call store and then read reviews. Note for the future, ask to see the... pizza when the apprehensive delivery kid won?t hand them to you before he grabs your money. Never making the mistake of orderinghere again. Read more
I was really disappointed with my service with Pizza Hut today. The first pizza I received was not what I had ordered (pineapple... instead of pepperoni). They were polite on the phone, however when I got my second pizza it had hairs all throughout. These arefour different pictures of pieces of pizza, each with hair in them. I was disgusted once I saw that, and immediately stoppedeating.. Not impressed and lunch was ruined. Read more
The pizza arrived burnt and poorly made (almost half of slices were crust with no toppings). The cheese bread sticks were... completely burnt, dry, and inedible. I called the store and shared my concerns with the manager, Sean, who said that hepersonally topped the pizzas and he was sorry I was dissatisfied but that's the way the pizzas are topped. If that's the waythat Pizza Hut serves it's food we will not be ordering pizza from here again. I am happy to share that the pasta did arrivewithout being burnt (should I have to congratulate on edible food?) and was very good, so kudos to whoever was on pasta preptoday. Finally, Sean was argumentative and defensive and did not even apologize for the food being burnt. As a manager his poorhandling of the situation at the store level led me to go to the corporate level. Such customer service is not at all becomingof a store manager. Read more
Ordered pizza over the phone since the online pricing was wrong, was told 30-40 mins. After 40 mins I get a text saying Door... Dash was going to deliver 45 mins after that. I called the store to just get it carry out since I didn't really want to wait.The order was ready to be picked up but still wasn't going to be delivered for another 45 mins. Were they going to deliver coldpizza in who knows what condition?? But after I picked it up the Pizza was hot and pretty good. Still got charged a deliveryfee Read more
