Placed an order online, went to the parking spot designated for order ahead pickup. Watched the worker come out with my food,... see that I wasn?t parked in front of the building by the curb, and walked back inside with the order. Worker never came back outso had to go inside to ask and they were also moved on from the order. If you order online for curbside pickup make sure u parkdirectly in front of the store blocking traffic otherwise they won?t bring it out to you!! Processed an order through dash via the online website. Order came in, in a timely matter but 2 of the 3 meals we ordered were... incorrect. So much so that one of the meals was $15 and what I received was $8 in value. When I called the store to let themknow of the mishap, the explanation i was given was that they had a 'Rush' of orders and they apologized if things wereincorrect... I was then directed to door dash to file for a refund...So what you are telling me is that an incorrect order fallson the company who sends people to pick up and deliver the orders and not the company that actually makes them...way to pointthe finger there....good job noodles and co...never again...
