Rude employees! I?ve been a customer for several years and have never been treated so poorly. Tried to purchase gas tonight but... the pump would only allow ?inside payment?. After standing outside for several minutes in the cold? waiting to get the pumpapproved to start filling my car I gave up and went to Kwik Trip instead. When I tried to call shortly afterwards the guy whoanswered the phone tonight when confirming I had the right store told me ?yeah that?s what I said? About which store I wasspeaking with. Your customer service sucks! I don?t need any BS or attitude when I come to or call your store. I need you to doyour job! Since you can?t do that?.. You have lost yet another customer to your competitor. Holiday?? you need to do better! Read more

I actually used to love this store, the employees have always been really kind and wonderful. But recently, the employees are... subpar at best and not kind. The ladies that work the mornings are just rude. Every time I come in to grab a muffin orsomething, they notice me waiting in line, patiently (Mornings can be busy and suck, I get it) yet take their time chatting witheach other, or other people. Making no attempt whatsoever to help move things along faster or do anything other than the bareminimum. It genuinely feels intentional considering it happens consistently, even when it's not busy, even when they've noticedmy presence in line. I don't really like to leave bad reviews, because I get it, customer service can suck and we all have baddays, but this is an every day thing. Every time I go in, they're constantly slow and rude. Bought a can of snuff last week and asked for a new one cuz the expiration date was July 3rd. Cashier went through multiple cans... to find a fresh one. Evidently he put the old ones back on the shelf! There this morning and got a can of snuff marked July 3rd!Place is one of the worst! Cashier's are always playing on their phones, hardly ever any food there, it's probably outdated too!Going elsewhere!! Read more

I paid $11 for the best car wash, and got only undercar rinse, and THREE washing machine passes: 1. soak, 2. soap and wash and... 3. rinse. In the choice menu they giving you about TEN different services for the money. NOT even close! FAKE. Same carwash for$8 bucks. Read more

Consistently competitive prices, friendly staff, and very nicely (touch or touch less car wash.) be prepared for car wash lines... around the whole building any time the temp is above freezing from November to March. Overall I?ve had positive experiencesshopping, getting gas, and washes here. Not bad for a gas station/convenience store. Read more

I went here almost daily. I won't ever come back. Let me start by saying I own a business. I know the importance of customer... service. Urgency is a huge factor in your business. People don't go to gas stations to hang out. I came in there today, waitedat the register for a bit, noticed that there were two employees around the coffee and I asked them if anyone was working theregister. I have things to do. Hanging out at the gas station isn't one of them. The employee than started getting upset andimplied I was being rude. I wasn't even acknowledged when I was waiting at the counter. Your job is not to train new employeesabout coffee when there's people waiting. A quote from the employee "I don't understand why everyone in such a rush today". Youdon't need to understand, it's not your business to know that, or to question that. Your job is to take my money when I need tobuy something. Hopefully that employee is replaced by a machine soon and they can contemplate their usefulness in life. I willnever return. Read more
