I would like to upgrade my review but unfortunately I've stopped in 4 times in the past 2 months and all 4 times the pop was... nearly flat with no flavor for almost 4 dollars you should get a refreshing drink not the case here I have also mentioned it toan employee they said they would check it. Also the mens bathroom was out of handsoap and the dispenser was broken. My brisketsandwich was pretty good but very light on brisket more bread than anything. I think I'll have to take a break for now, wayoverpriced I'd like to see this Dickeys step up there game a notch. Read more
Food is tasty but the ribs were cold even though we dined in. I think they pull the ribs out of the fridge and just pour sauce... on it. The chicken wings were hot. Also they sell soda in one size cup and the soda is $3.35. The cups are reusable but sinceI was traveling through the area I didn't need a reusable cup. The staff and service is fast but it would be nice if the ribscould be heated first. Read more
Good fast bbq. The store is clean and the staff have always been friendly. Loses a star for the cost. For the money there are... better bbq places near by, but if you want quick bbq this is the best around. Speed has its own quality. Read more

I had high hopes for my first visit to Dickey's, but between the depressingly dismal restaurant and the obscenely overpriced... food, I literally can't think of a single good thing to say about the experience. I used the Dickey's app to order a $7.50pulled pork sandwich. Incredibly, if you want to add a pickle or onions or sauce to your otherwise plain sandwich, you have topay 60 cents EACH for those options - so now your standard pulled pork sandwich is going to cost $9.30 (and that's without adrink or any sides)! If you want a soda to go with your overpriced sandwich, you have to shell out another $3.25, bringing thetotal cost of your lunch to an astronomical $12.55. When you go to the payment screen, you'll notice that Dickey's slyly adds a15% gratuity (you can override it at checkout, but sheesh!), which jacked up the cost of a small sandwich and a soda to$15.36!!! So what did I get for my massive investment? The surprisingly tiny sandwich (about the size of a standard McDonald'shamburger) contained less than 2 oz of the most overcooked, dry-as-dust pulled pork I've ever seen - topped with a smidgen ofBBQ sauce that looked like it was applied with an eyedropper - and nasty pickles and onion that I ended up throwing away. Thepork had the dry, unpleasantly chewy consistency of beef jerky, with none of the flavor. The bun was stale. My only thought as Isat there and stared at this pathetic little sandwich was, "I paid $9.30 for this?!" (Take a look at the photo and tell me thatpathetic beef jerky sandwich is worth $9.30!) My $3.25 Coke was flat and had the flavor characteristics of brownwater. Ugh. About the restaurant itself...the single worker - who had been sitting at a table in the otherwise-emptyrestaurant and staring at her phone - got up unenthusiastically to take my order. The food is lackluster at best. Served at just above room temperature with minimal flavor. The workers there seemed in a daze,... not caring at all about the establishment or the customer. This was made very clear by the disgusting ice cream machine and themultiple signs promoting a 2x Two Meat Plate special for $22 that was not honored at checkout. Now I understand promotions likethis are a limited time but then it should fall on whoever is managing the store to remove the signs and not mislead peoplepassing by. I also watched as the workers ignored incoming calls from the store phone in order to continue on with theirconversation. I love Dickey?s. Food was great, had the brisket plate with creamed spinach and green beans. Both excellent sides. They seemed... understaffed, but man, those guys work hard! They were fast and had great customer service. Read more
