So I order at least one Texas double whopper once a month from this location, and whoever made the burger at around 11:15 am on... October 1, 2022 did an amazing job and I believe they should get rewarded or at least a little praised for it because that is byfar the best Texas double whopper I've ever had at any BK location. The cashier at the drive thru at that time was very nicetoo. I'm not used to that in the cities/suburbs and he should be thanked as well. Read more
I've always favored Burger King when it comes to buying fast food. Pains me to say that when I arrived here I was treated very... disrespectfully by the manager. I came in with an electric scooter that I have been allowed to bring in to literally everyrestaurant I have ever been to in the last year. he made sure to yell at me the moment I came in and informed me that I need toget out of here with that scooter. Don't really appreciate having to walk half a mile to get back to the place for my food. AlsoI would like to be treated like an adult when I enter a place. I've always had good experiences at Burger King until now. Thiswon't hurt my view of burger king, but this manager needs to take a chill pill and treat the customers respectfully. Read more
We took our grandchildren here for a meal, to be followed by some time in the play room. Before making the 15 minute drive, we... checked a month -old review for the location which said the play room had been open. Next, I called the restaurant number toverify this information. However, two separate calls were not answered, & after multiple rings each call was disconnected at therestaurant. We decided to go, but on arrival found the following sign. Read more
As far as fast food goes, this Burger King provides good service in a clean restaurant. They have an updated interior with good... seating and a large play area for kids. Even the bathrooms were modern and clean. I used an offer on the app and the man takingmy order even switched out the fries for onion rings upon request. Read more
Facility is clean, staff could have been a touch friendlier. The cashier seemed less than thrilled to be there. Food was good... though. Most burger king's in the city are closed so I had to take advantage of an open one. I got my burger fix but I won't bedriving out of my way for this one. Read more
Don't go to this location! They NEVER get your order correct! Soda, wrong type, ordered grape Sprite and got coke. Fries,... ordered large combo, got small fries. Burger, ordered a double stacker king add ketchup and mustard, got a burger that A) lookslike someone sat on it, B) had no bacon, C) for some reason, they added lettuce, onion, and pickles. Completely wrong order! The reason that I get a stacker is because I don't like lettuce, onion, or pickles! Then, when I tried to call for the next 15minutes (17 calls) they picked up the phone every call, never talked, then hung up! Note in the photo that they used 2 halfpatties to make my burger.
