I placed an order for a fish sandwich, spicy chicken meal, and 8 piece chicken nugget. As I approached the drive thru window... they handed me a coke. They never asked me what drink I wanted but I just said whatever no big deal. I get home and give my kidstheir food. I'm eating my fish sandwich and a long piece of black hair is in my sandwich. That is so disgusting. They should bewearing hair nets when dealing with any type of food. Just imagine biting into a sandwich and now hair is in your mouth. Wish Icould give 0 stars. Read more
Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches. 1 with cheese. It was repeated back, you could see the order on the screen. Received the... order. 2 chicken sandwiches both no cheese. So frustrating. Would not normally review about it but it has happened numeroustimes. You get no receipt to show what you order, who took it, etc. Read more

The food was cold, we had 6 burgers total and for every burger the meat was cold. This was honestly a very upsetting experience.... How can it be possible, if a burger was just made for the meat to be cold?? It?s not winter so this does not make sense, unlesswho knows how long ago this was cooked?? Terrible service. I ordered just two different kinds of burgers and some how this burger king messed up on each of them.... Forgetting to put onion rings in the rodeos and no mayo or ketchup on my whopper jr's and I was even shorted a burger. I keepgiving this store a chance and each time I'm disappointed. How this store even had 3 stars for it's overall review score bogglesmy mind. By far the worst burger king store out of them all. Read more
Frequently closed well before their posted hours. Visited today at 8:15pm. There was no one working and it was totally dark even... though the hours posted on their window say open until 11pm Read more
