This place is ridiculous. I have stopped here multiple times to eat in for lunch and maybe 3 out of 10 times the dining room is... open. But today as I was walking up at 12:40pm they literally locked the doors and put up a dining room closed sign with mestanding in front of the door. There were probably 10 people eating inside, but I guess I'm not good enough for them. Don't eathere, there's a dozen places within 5 minutes were you can sit down for lunch. Read more

I ordered a chicken bacon swiss, listed on the drive thru menu at $5.99. I ended up being charged $6.29. If you're going to... increase prices at least have the decency to let customers know in advance by updating the menu prices! The sandwich waspathetic. A very thin piece of breaded chicken with some limp cheese and even more limp bacon. Should have taken a picture. Allin all a really bad experience. Very doubtful I'll go to any Arby's again, and certainly not the one in Burnsville off Nicolletnear Co. Rd. 42. Read more
