I ordered my breakfast from one of their touch screens, it gave me my order number. I then waited 15 minutes at the counter,... then asked them if my order got lost. Waited another 5 minutes while they scurried around with blank looks on their faces. They never did find my order so I left without anything. Incredibly incompetent and unresponsive. Read more
Order with app with a table tent to have meal brought to the table. Over 15 minutes went by and no food. When I went to the... front counter to ask about my order, the rude employee said she went by the table and I wasn?t there. I told her that was a lie.She handed me my food in a bag, and I asked where my drink was. She walked away. I assumed she was getting my drink. I waswrong. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for a cup and then I had to get my own drink. The food was cold and theservice was absolutely terrible! Beware of this place at lunch! Food was fine, and the restaurant was clean enough. A typical McDonalds. However, the manager working at approximately 11 am on... August 16th spent the entire time berating her co-workers. I was sitting a good 40-50 feet away from the employees behind thecounter and I could still overhear everything. Seemed like a pretty toxic work environment. I understand that food service canbe stressful, especially when it's busy but it was just really unprofessional on the manager's part. If I had a manager speakingto me like that, I would have literally walked off the job. Read more
McDonald?s attached within the pilot gas station. Used the self serve order kiosk with no issues. Got two self serve drinks an... ice coffee and two fries. With only one other person ordering it took longer than I would expect. The store seemed like theyjust got done with a rush and wasn?t overtly dirty. Can?t beat a McDonald?s fries. Read more
All the tables were dirty, there was a man that kept walking around the tables.. the cashier was super sweet. The food was OK,... that being said I'm not a fan. But my granddaughter wanted to eat there. Read more
