Yaguchiya Ramen is more than a place to eat, its a culinary experience. Yacuchjya specializes in the Iekei style ramen. I got... the Shio Ramen, my partner got the Vegan. What Yaguchiya does right is providing multiple choices for your flavour strength,and noodle doneness, this allows you to create your own balance of flavours to match your style. I went with strong and mediumnoodle, it waa god tier. I added garlic and chilli to my preference. So glad to have found this ramen place, the best ramen my husband and I have had! You can choose how strong the broth is, how... cooked the noodles are and how much chicken oil in your ramen. Regular size is more than enough for me. I like that when we came there were not many people.There were only few seats so I would call ahead next time. The speed is decent.
