The service at Tim Horton's near Kensington has become a joke; I waited over 10 minutes to get my Roast Beef and Cheese... sandwich, by that time I almost finished my medium dark roast coffee and I asked for a refill, only to be shunned by the serviceclerk (I was ready to dish out some money), but she just dissed me and went back to the counter. Just like at the famous Goldenarch restaurant, the clerk showed no customer appreciation or anything, useless customer service gets another Thumbs Up! Idon't leave a tip for anyone anymore! Why should I waste my hard earned wage to make up for a lack of gratitude and higher foodcosts everywhere?! Useless service all around. Read more
It's a pretty nice set of trails that are constantly being added to and improved every year, very nice for hiking, trail... running, and mountain biking, there are also a couple trails for 4x4 and dirt bikes. The mountain has some nice small lakes andwaterfalls on it, also lots of berries! Read more
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and found a bunch of weird waxy objects at the bottom of my cup. Neither the corporate customer... service or the franchisee were interested in explaining what was in my drink. So on top of slow service, hit and miss coffeequality and the removal of the ability to order ahead through the app, Tim Hortons also doesn't care about foreign objects intheir drinks. Read more
Came here on my birthday and the cashier was pretty rude to me when I asked if there were any bday rewards. My app wasn?t... working, she accused me of trying to get multiple free drinks when I had never even used the app before. Didn?t even have thekindness to wish me a Happy Birthday. This location has good parking spots right outside its doors and a cozy ambience inside. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and... were happy to see a good selection of pastry including the new Timbiebs. The service was quick and easy. Read more
Very convenient location. Donughts are fresh, and sell quicky. This place has become very popular but the lack of employees... makes the serivce very slow. I'm sure the profits are high but they keep the same number of people working. Huge line ups formcontinuously during the day, even in the non peak hours. Read more
Great Tim's joint in a convenient location with superb and friendly staff. The barista was super nice and put me a fresh roast... on. They were out of skimmed milk which isn't a huge biggie and we're able to offer almond milk instead. Clean and well upkeepareas and restroom, unfortunately no seating inside due to COVID which isn't their fault. Plenty of delicious freshly bakedsnacks and a one way system for a COVID friendly approach. Awesome Tim's! Read more
Good service, courteous and friendly staff. Tried their loaded bowls for the first time today. Was surprised by the taste, it?s... pretty good and a decent sized bowl that tastes fresh! I would recommend the crispy cilantro lime loaded bowl if you haven?ttried it already. Lots of parking at this location, that?s a plus. Read more
